UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Clear Banking Services Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
