UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 864 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
