UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Field Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
