UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
