UX Designer - research and testing (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
