UX Designer - research and testing (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
