UX Designer - research and testing (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Pittsburgh, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
