UX Designer - research and testing (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Corner Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
