UX Designer - research and testing (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
