UX Designer - research and testing (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Phoenix, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
