UX Designer - research and testing (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
