UX Designer - research and testing (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Sable Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
