UX Designer - research and testing (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
