UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Oklahoma City with a full calendar of events, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
