UX Designer - research and testing (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
