UX Designer - research and testing (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Linden Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
