UX Designer - research and testing (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove River Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
