UX Designer - research and testing (Nashville, TN)

Nova Sable Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
