UX Designer - research and testing (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield North Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing.
