UX Designer - research and testing (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Umber Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Minneapolis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
