UX Designer - research and testing (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
