UX Designer - research and testing (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Union Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 272 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
