UX Designer - research and testing (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
