UX Designer - research and testing (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Milwaukee, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
