UX Designer - research and testing (Miami, FL)

Cedar Vista Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
