UX Designer - research and testing (Miami, FL)

Lumen Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Miami. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
