UX Designer - research and testing (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Beacon Financial Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
