UX Designer - research and testing (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Juniper Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
