UX Designer - research and testing (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Louisville area, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
