UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Drift Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
