UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Little Rock. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
