UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Little Rock, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
