UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Rowan Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 802 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
