UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Field Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
