UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Union Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
