UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
