UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Little Rock, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
