UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Summit Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
