UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
