UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Insurance and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
