UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Stone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Las Vegas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
