UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Analytics is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
