UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
