UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
