UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Iron Markets serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
