UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Pike Markets is a Las Vegas retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
