UX Designer - research and testing (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Kansas City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations.
