UX Designer - research and testing (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Ridge Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
