UX Designer - research and testing (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Bridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
