UX Designer - research and testing (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Vale Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
